Hendersonville Celebrates America’s Independence

July 3, 2008

Hendersonville celebrates the 4th of July with family and friendsResidents of Hendersonville know how to celebrate the 4th of July, with music, parades and, of course, fireworks.  Jackson Park is hosting festivities that include arts and crafts, horse shoe tournament, an antique car show, inflatables for the kids, food, live music and even a wrestling show starting at 4pm and concluding, of course, with fireworks at dusk.  There will be a parade down main street at 11am and the annual Music on Main Street features Special Edition, playing oldies music, for free from 7-9pm.  Bring a chair, blanket or just your buns on the sidewalk and enjoy the city’s celebration of America’s independence.
